SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping within the European Union.

All taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout for orders placed within the EUROPEAN UNION — you will not need to pay any additional charges.

For countries outside the European Union, shipping fees, taxes, duties, or import charges are not included.

Clients outside the EU must contact us at info@noage-ireland.com before placing an order to confirm shipping costs and conditions. We will not ship products to non-EU countries without prior agreement on shipping terms.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Once the product is shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking details. Shipping is handled by DPD, TNT, or DHL.

RETURN POLICY

Return the product within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund in 14 days after receiving the product.

Product has to be in an original box, in perfect condition without any signs of use.

In case of return contact us as soon as possible at info@noage-ireland.com and provide us with your order number and reason why. We will guide you through the return & refund process.

SECURE PAYMENTS

Payment security is our priority. We trust our partners PayPal and Stripe.

Payments are always charged in Euros, even though prices may be displayed in other currencies. Some banks may charge currency conversion rates. Akses Swiss has no control over this matter and therefore assumes no responsibility for it.
